We have a solution for when a traditional tank replacement is a challenge

ZCL | Xerxes has an easy, cost-effective alternative when a single-wall tank needs secondary containment, and removing the original tank and installing a new one is impossible or cost-prohibitive. Our unique tank upgrade option, the Phoenix System® is the answer – to remedy a leaking steel tank, to make a tank compatible with new biofuels or simply to add secondary containment to a single-wall tank.

The ZCL | Xerxes tank Phoenix System is installed inside the tank and involves applying two fiberglass laminates bonded with our unique 3D glass fabric, Parabeam® between them, creating a monitorable interstice. After the tank conversion is complete, a dry or hydrostatic monitoring system can be added to provide leak detection.

  • 3D glass fabric (Parabeam®) bonds laminate walls for added strength

100% Premium Resin and Glass (No Fillers)
ZCL | Xerxes tanks are constructed of 100% premium resin and glass. We use no fillers or recycled materials, which sets us apart from many tank options. We maintain our standard of excellence by performing verification tests on our resin and glass to ensure that only high-quality materials are used in the manufacturing process.
Corrosion Resistance Inside and Out
ZCL | Xerxes tanks are made of fiberglass, which means they are inherently resistant to corrosion. Because they are corrosion-resistant inside and out, you’ll have the peace of mind of choosing a tank that helps preserve and protect the environment. You’ll also enjoy a lower cost of ownership than with steel and concrete tanks, which corrode over time and require maintenance.
Flexible Design & Installation Options
ZCL | Xerxes fiberglass tanks come in a wide range of sizes and designs – along with numerous accessories and monitoring options – to meet a variety of site and regulatory requirements, for both underground and aboveground installations. Contact us today to discuss your next project.
