The ZCL | Xerxes advantage

Discover the benefits of best-in-class composites engineering

100% Premium Resin and Glass (No Fillers)
ZCL | Xerxes tanks are constructed of 100% premium resin and glass. We use no fillers or recycled materials, which sets us apart from many tank options. We maintain our standard of excellence by performing verification tests on our resin and glass to ensure that only high-quality materials are used in the manufacturing process.
Corrosion Resistance Inside and Out
ZCL | Xerxes tanks are made of fiberglass, which means they are inherently resistant to corrosion. Because they are corrosion-resistant inside and out, you’ll have the peace of mind of choosing a tank that helps preserve and protect the environment. You’ll also enjoy a lower cost of ownership than with steel and concrete tanks, which corrode over time and require maintenance.
UL-listed & ULC-listed Tanks
ZCL | Xerxes tanks conform to UL and ULC standards, and meet stringent quality control levels to ensure tank tightness, both before and after installation. UL and ULC quality-control tests include a variety of in-process checks, a positive air pressure test of 5psi, and a vacuum test.
Integral Rib Design for Superior Structural Integrity
For added structural strength, ZCL | Xerxes tanks are designed with integral ribs. The integral ribs and tank are made of the same premium resin and glass materials. The ribs are laminated to the cylindrical tank during – not after – tank manufacturing, resulting in a structurally superior product.
Parabeam® 3D Glass Fabric for Added Strength
ZCL | Xerxes double-wall and triple-wall storage tanks utilize our patented Parabeam® 3D glass technology to bond the tank walls together. This enhances the tank’s overall structural integrity while allowing for continuous interstitial monitoring for leak detection.
Flexible Design & Installation Options
ZCL | Xerxes fiberglass tanks come in a wide range of sizes and designs – along with numerous accessories and monitoring options – to meet a variety of site and regulatory requirements, for both underground and aboveground installations. Contact us today to discuss your next project.
Lightweight Material for Easy Installation
ZCL | Xerxes tanks are structurally strong, but because they are made of fiberglass, they are also lightweight. This makes for easy, cost-effective shipping and installation. Other tank options, such as steel and concrete tanks, may require heavy equipment and can be difficult to install in remote or hard-to-access sites.
TRUCHEK® Hydrostatic Monitoring
Whether adding the capability of continuous monitoring is to meet regulatory requirements or simply to have peace of mind, ZCL | Xerxes TRUCHEK® Hydrostatic Monitoring is the ideal way to enhance secondary containment. The patented system TRUCHEK® is exclusive to ZCL | Xerxes, and has become the industry standard for continuous monitoring and leak detection.
