President & CEO
Mr. Redmond is ZCL’s President and Chief Executive Officer effective September 10, 2018. Mr. Redmond brings over 20 years of experience as a CEO and Senior Executive of Manufacturing and Energy related businesses. Throughout his career, Mr. Redmond has lead 15+ M&A transactions, he has also led numerous organic growth initiatives and implemented rigorous process improvements resulting in higher margins and lower production costs. Early in his career, he also spent eight years as a Strategy Consultant with Boston Consulting Group where he was involved in many growth strategy consulting assignments.
Mr. Redmond is currently a Board and Audit Committee Member of RGL Reservoir Management the leading provider of downhole slotted liners and screens to the Oil Sands industry.
Mr. Redmond’s educational background includes a BSc. in engineering from the University of Alberta, a Masters’ degree in engineering from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Stanford University.
CFO & Corporate Secretary
Ms. Demuth is the company’s Chief Financial Officer effective December, 2010. Prior to that, Ms. Demuth was the Vice President Finance since joining ZCL in May, 2009. Ms. Demuth was Internal Audit Manager for Finning (Canada) div. of Finning International Inc. (TSX:FTT) from April, 2008 to April 2009. Prior to that, Ms. Demuth held progressively senior roles with Grant Thornton LLP Chartered Accountants from 1994 to 2008 leaving public practice as a Senior Manager. Ms. Demuth is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Vice President, Fuel Markets
Mr. Tietjen is Vice President, Fuel Markets and is accountable for the company’s fuel market business unit in North America. Mr. Tietjen joined Xerxes Corporation at the Anaheim, California location in 1981 and served as Western Regional Sales Manager until 1996. He was then appointed Vice President, Sales and Marketing at what is now the company’s US office in Minneapolis. Mr. Tietjen has been active in several petroleum industry associations and currently serves as President of the Fiberglass Tank and Pipe Institute.
Jan Richard Arciszewski
Vice President, Water & Wastewater
Mr. Arciszewski joined ZCL in 2017 as Vice President Water & Wastewater and is accountable for growing the ZCL | Xerxes sales presence in multiple water and wastewater market segments globally and across North America. Mr. Arciszewski has been in the energy sector since 1994 and has established himself as a market leader in strategic business development. During his tenure at GE and Ecolab, he held various senior positions including Regional Sales Manager and Marketing Director. He has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Western University and is a registered professional member of APEGA. Mr. Arciszewski completed his Masters of Business Administration at Athabasca University in 2010.
Vice President, Oil & Gas and International
Mr. Zendejas joined ZCL as Vice President Oil & Gas and International in 2017. His goals for the organization include growing market share within the North American Oil & Gas sector and developing business opportunities globally. Mr. Zendejas has been in the Global Oil and Gas sector since 1997 and has senior management experience in both sales and operations with particular focus on Midstream markets. He has a Bachelor of Science in Cybernetic Engineering from La Salle University and is a registered professional member of APEGA. Mr. Zendejas completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Calgary in 2007.
Vice President, Manufacturing
Mr. Roach joined ZCL in 2016 as Vice President Manufacturing and is accountable for all manufacturing, supply chain, product and process innovation within the organization. Mr. Roach works with the company’s functional departments to deliver innovative solutions, programs, and policies that maximize production capacity, enhance the customer experience and ensure high quality products. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Mr. Roach has worked with major oil and gas operations throughout North and South America. His team continues to develop new technologies and lead the integration of process-controlled manufacturing facilities.
Vice President, Human Resources
Mr. Santoro joined ZCL in 2011 as the Director, Human Resources before advancing to his current role as Vice President, Human Resources. He is accountable for the strategic employee initiatives and programs across ZCL operations. Mr. Santoro has worked in Human Resources since 1997. Throughout his career, Mr. Santoro has held progressively accountable roles in the manufacturing, oil & gas and retail sectors. He has established himself as a strategic leader focused on developing and maintaining the connection between an organization and its people. Mr. Santoro holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta as well as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation.
