The PreZerver System

PREZERVER ENHANCED WARRANTY PROGRAM

The program provides a warranty to the purchaser of the Prezerver System and extends the basic warranty by providing a 10 year, $2 million enhanced warranty, backed by an insurance policy, that includes Third Party Pollution Liability Protection with Site Clean-Up Coverage and Defense Costs.

To qualify for the Prezerver Enhanced Warranty Program:

• The current or new fuelling site must be free from contamination.
• All underground components for the fuelling system must be ULC approved and be purchased from ZCL or its exclusive distributors.
• All containment sumps and tank interstitial space must be continuously monitored.
• All underground components must be installed according to ZCL’s approved installation instructionsas well as other installation instructions from approved component suppliers, and conform to all local and governmental statutes for the safe underground storage of fuel products.
• A Precision Leak test must be performed on the underground storage tank(s).
