Tank Fittings
Tanks can be supplied with a full series of steel full or half coupling nozzles mounted on the top of the tank. These nozzles can be of single or duplex design. PVC coupling nozzles and 50 psi. Flat Faced Flanges are also available.
Gauge Plates
Regardless of the nozzle type employed to provide access into the tank, it is advisable to have an aluminum gauge plate installed directly beneath the opening. This acts as insurance against a fracture or damage to the tank’s body as a result of an object being dropped through the opening.
Manways
Manways come in various sizes: 22”, 24”, 30” in diameter and come complete with gaskets, bolts and covers.
Piping Assemblies
ZCL is pleased to be able to offer pre-assembled suction risers, gooseneck vents and/or pump-out stingers to complement our tanks. These items can be shipped with the tank directly from the factory.
Concrete Mounting Pad/Steel Mounting Frame
Engineered precast concrete mounting pads or optional steel mounting frames are available on all aboveground Oil & Gas tanks. These ensure that the tank is level and protect it from onsite damage.
