Prezerver® Enhanced Warranty Protection Program
The Prezerver® Enhanced Warranty is a system designed for the discriminating buyer who needs an underground petroleum installation that is reliable and maintenance free. The Prezerver® System includes ZCL approved underground secondarily contained storage and transfer components for petroleum products, coupled with an Enhanced Warranty that includes third party pollution protection, site clean up and defense costs.
This 10 year transferable warranty includes the following components:
- The Prezerverˊ Double Wall Tank - Double Wall Piping System -Continuous Monitoring
- Concrete Anchor System - Dispenser Pans and Sumps System
- Fibreglass turbine enclosure - Spill Containment Enclosures
Enhanced Warranty Limits
- Up to $250,000 for basic warranty
- Up to $2,000,000 for third party pollution, site clean up and defence costs
- Subject to applicable aggregates
Enhanced Warranty Term
- 10 years
- Transferable during term
Enhanced Warranty Deductible
- $5,000 for basic warranty protection and $5,000 for third party pollution, site clean up and defence costs
Enhanced Warranty Effective
- When “Precision Leak Test” is completed plus one day of satisfactory inventory reconciliation
- After third party inspection and validation
- Following approval by underwriter
