The Sludge Baffle

Channels the flow to the end of the separation chamber taking full advantage of the length of the vessel, at the same time trapping sludge at a point remote from the discharge.

Sampling Port

Makes it easy to monitor the quality of the effluent as it exits from the separator. This port may also be used as a clean-out in the unlikely event of a blockage in the discharge.

The Discharge Sump

Is designed to eliminate the need to recharge the oil water separator with water following normal pump-out servicing

The Emergency Shut-off Valve

Is standard in all ZCL oil water separators, allowing the discharge from the separator to be shut off in the event of an over-capacity incident
