• ZCL oilfield underground drain or flare knock-out storage tanks are compatible with brine, produced water and a variety of other chemicals. 500 IG – 100 BBL.
• Robust and very sound: Engineered to withstand H-20 axle loading of 32,000 pounds per axle, ZCL fiberglass tank's integral rib/tank interface (no rib de-lamination ) for added tank strength allows burial to a depth of seven feet in wet or dry soil conditions.
• Stringent performance standards - all tanks are subjected at the factory to 5psi air/soap pressure test and vacuum tested to 11.5 of mercury before shipment or upon request for flat bottom above ground drain tanks can be atmospherically hydrostatic tested
• The regular tanks will withstand up to 15% Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) content with a maximum temperature of 170 degrees F.
