Edmonton, Alberta November 9th, 2005... ZCL Composites Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bernie Lafferty to the position of VP Finance & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lafferty has over 29 years experience in public accounting, senior finance and executive administration, including international experience working with both publicly traded and privately held companies.

Mr. Lafferty received his B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from the University of Toronto. He received his C.A. designation in 1976.
