ZCL Composites Inc. Signs Major Contract

Edmonton, Alberta April 14, 2004... ZCL Composites Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a three-year contract extension by Petro-Canada for the supply of fiberglass tanks and related products for use in its operations across Canada. This extension is in effect through February 28, 2007.

Petro-Canada is an important customer and Alliance-Partner of ZCL and a cornerstone of the Company’s business in Canada for many years. ZCL has secured supply agreements with most of the major and independent oil companies in Canada and through these long-term relationships, remains the industry leader in underground fuel storage.
