Comprehensive Group Benefits Program:
ZCL’s current Group Benefit Plan offers comprehensive health and dental benefits, short and long term disability coverage as well as life, accidental death, dismemberment and critical illness insurance. Cost sharing for benefits is implemented in order to create tax advantages for employees.
Group R.R.S.P:
ZCL offers a Group RRSP Plan with the company matching up to the first 4% of an employee’s contribution to help employees prepare for the future. We encourage all employees to participate.
Safety Clothing and Tool Allowance:
If protective equipment and clothing are required for a position, they are provided without charge to the employee. Shop workers also receive an annual rebate of $100 towards safety footwear.
Formation and Skills Development:
ZCL is committed to the continuing education of its employees. The awarding of certificates of competence through lectures, independent learning and training programs are strongly encouraged and are eligible for reimbursement.
